Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping,” is a method that some people have found helpful in managing their emotions. During EFT, individuals tap certain points on their body – similar to the points used during acupuncture.
This practice will help absolutely anyone to break up their energy blockages to release negative emotions and experience shifts in all areas of their lives.
In this episode, Anna welcomes Tracy Inscore, an attorney who is also a holistic EFT practitioner. Tracy goes into great detail about the benefits of EFT while also sharing her story about how a star student and ambitious attorney struggled with burnout and became an EFT practitioner with a passion for helping others.
EFT is a self-healing technique and has been clinically proven to help anxiety and PTSD. It is safe and doesn’t require any type of tool other than your fingers to perform the tapping motion.

Happy New Year!
With every new year there’s a chance for reflection of the past and goal setting for the future. And while we don’t want to dwell on the past and get stuck, it’s important to reflect on the lessons learned from the last year and prepare to move forward.
Without reflection we run the risk of getting stuck in bad habits and patterns of behavior that don’t serve us well. Awareness allows us to make changes that will open up the door for new and different opportunities which ultimately can make our lives better.
But we need to be willing to accept change, no matter how uncomfortable it feels.
