Maxwell argues that bad experiences are not setbacks but growth opportunities. Managing them wisely leads to greater wisdom and maturity.
Life is unpredictable and sometimes throws us an unexpected curve ball. No one has a perfectly happy life. To be human is to experience painful, difficult situations in our professional and personal lives. But as humans we also have the ability to learn and grow from the pain.
