Feeling overwhelmed at times? Anxious? Stressed? We all do!
And if you’re like most people you’ve tried all the things…meditation, exercise, journaling, maybe even coaching or therapy. But what if you could tap your way to feeling better?
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as “tapping,” is a method that some people have found helpful in managing their emotions. During EFT, individuals tap certain points on their body – similar to the points used during acupuncture.
This practice will help absolutely anyone to break up their energy blockages to release negative emotions and experience shifts in all areas of their lives.
In this episode, Anna welcomes Tracy Inscore, an attorney who is also a holistic EFT practitioner. Tracy goes into great detail about the benefits of EFT while also sharing her story about how a star student and ambitious attorney struggled with burnout and became an EFT practitioner with a passion for helping others.
EFT is a self-healing technique and has been clinically proven to help anxiety and PTSD. It is safe and doesn’t require any type of tool other than your fingers to perform the tapping motion.
